The formation of the METALOURÉM Metallic Constructions, Lda retraces
to July 1997.
With headquarters and installations in Seiça Industrial Zone, Ourém,
Portugal, with a Capital stock of 280000€.
METALOURÉM appears in the market to satisfy the increasing search for
all types of metallic constructions and coverings.
Being the Metalourém partners, also common to LISLACA- Company for the
Furniture industry, Lda, and having this associate to its activity, the
thermal panels commercialization and other products for painting cabin
manufacture, its physical separation appeared in 1996 functioning as
autonomous division, the LISLACA - Coverings. With the market increasing
search it was necessary to reformulate the undertaken enterprise strategy,
resulting from there the formation of the current METALOURÉM in 1997.
